June marks Pride Month 2025, a time to celebrate the history, achievements, and ongoing journey of the LGBTQ+ community.

At Stonebridge, we’re proud to stand with our LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies as we reaffirm our commitment to building an inclusive, respectful, and empowering workplace for all.

As long-standing members of the Diversity and Inclusivity Finance Forum (DIFF), we understand the importance of supporting change in our industry, challenging biased thinking, and continuing to raise awareness of diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Pride 2025: standing strong together

This year’s Pride Month theme, “These Colours Don’t Run,” announced by the Human Rights Campaign, serves as a powerful reminder of the strength, resilience, and unity within the LGBTQ+ community. It calls on all of us to stand firm in the face of adversity and continue striving for equality and recognition.

“At Stonebridge, we believe that creating an inclusive culture is not just a nice-to-have; it’s essential,” says Claire Chambers, Head of Compliance Operations and one of our LGBTQ+ Champions. “Pride Month allows us to spotlight our commitment to diversity and celebrate the people who make our workplace stronger by being their authentic selves.”

Our ongoing commitment to inclusion

At Stonebridge, inclusivity is woven into the fabric of our business. From championing inclusive recruitment policies to supporting dedicated LGBTQ+ Champions, we’re continually working to ensure every individual feels safe, seen, and supported.

Whether in our offices or online, we strive to create spaces where people of all identities and backgrounds can feel empowered to thrive. This commitment extends beyond Pride Month, it’s something we invest in year-round.

Supporting Pride with action and awareness

This June, we’re shining a light on the importance of education, visibility, and allyship. As part of our Pride Month activities, we’re hosting a special session for colleagues to meet our LGBTQ+ Champions and explore LGBTQ+ topics in an open and welcoming environment.

The session will include myth-busting, educational insights, and a chance to reflect on what Pride means in today’s workplace culture. It’s one of several ways we’re helping colleagues across Stonebridge connect, learn, and grow together.

Looking ahead

Pride month reminds us of the progress that’s been made and the work that’s still ahead. At Stonebridge, we’re committed to being part of that progress by fostering a culture where diversity is celebrated and everyone has the opportunity to be heard and valued.

Happy Pride Month from all of us at Stonebridge.
